It all begins with Practice Analysis Worksheets.
All of the consultation services provided by FutureRehab begin with the practice owners and/or other key people filling out the Practice Analysis worksheets product created by FutureRehab, and returning the completed 25+ page document to FutureRehab. Most practice owners find completing the worksheets to be valuable practice development tool in itself. In fact some practice owners request a practice analysis on an annual basis. Once the worksheets are extensively examined by one or more experienced FutureRehab Consultants, a SWOT–style analysis with a list of extremely valuable suggestions is completed and returned to the practice owner (often the need for a marketing plan or other needs can also be met at the same time the SWOT Analysis is performed.
Since the Practice Analysis is central to all other services provided by FutureRehab, a portion of the fees for the Analysis can often be deducted from other services/seminars if performed within 12 months of completion of the SWOT analysis.
Fox example, one half of the fee for a SWOT analysis and Marketing Plan may be applied towards an on-site consultant, tuition in a Pedestal Practice Seminar, or other services on a case-by-case basis.
